Right of Cancellation
When ordering online, you have a statutory right of cancellation. You can cancel the purchase contract within 7 days without giving reasons.
Exclusions
Please note that personalized and exclusively manufactured products, as well as items personalized with an engraving, are excluded from return.
Return Conditions
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that you return the products unworn and undamaged.
How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Label Activation
After successfully requesting your cancellation, the shipping label that you already received with your product when it was delivered will be activated.
Shipping Costs
Please be aware that the shipping costs for the return will not be covered by Lovely Apple.
In-Store Returns
Returning to a Lovely Apple store, including a simultaneous refund of the purchase price, is not possible.
